Bio

Martin Tomitsch is a Professor at the University of Sydney’s School of Architecture, Design and Planning, Director of Innovation at the University of Sydney's Deputy Vice-Chancellor Office (Education), and a founding member of the Media Architecture Institute and the Life-centred Design Collective. Through his work as design researcher and educator, he advocates for the power of design to imagine speculative futures and drive positive change within organisations. His recent books include “Design Think Make Break Repeat – A Handbook of Methods” (BIS) and “Making Cities Smarter – Designing Interactive Urban Applications” (Jovis).
