Overall, a great course. The professor is obviously first-rate, with two doctorates (law and poli-sci) and an extensive background in writing about business law in Russia. Her command of English is also superb and her presentation style effective. As I speak Russian, I regret I did not take this course in Russian, but I think the content in the English version was ample and probably the same as in Russian. There were a few places where more detail could be furnished but it truly does cover all the basics of financing and setting up various forms of business entities in Russia.
