The course provides some basic theory and information about financial markets and financial instruments. There are a few assignments, where you can try to practice to use the theory in practice. The course is recommended for those who has little knowledge about financial terms or those who can look for some extra information online.

Positives: broad content giving a good overview of the intended goals to reach. Negatives: English isn't always up to par, specifically in the quizzes, syntax doesn't make sense sometimes making the question's objectives difficult to understand. I suspect some translation error from Russian to English. Slide content corresponds largely to what's being explained. I'd rather have slide bullets as an anchoring structure for a broader explanation of the topics.

The teacher is not at all intersting. Follows book reading pattern.

Presentation style was very dull with the tutor reading the slides verbatim. The mathematical aspects of the assignments, were often unclear examples which did not fully explain how answers were derived. Clearer examples in the workbook would have been better.
