[MUSIC] Welcome back. I certainly hope you've enjoyed the process of experimenting and practicing the skills and perspectives from each of the prior four MOOCs in these four assignments. I hope you've found the peer review and assessment feedback useful. And certainly it puts you on a path to continue practicing more and more. Because as we know, the more you practice these things, the better and better you'll get at them. And I thought I would just say, you know it's worth it at this point in the sequence for you to step back and say, okay what are some of the common themes that we observe when a person is able to be a leader and develop a leader? Well, one of them we hope you've gotten out of all the MOOCs, as well as these assignments, is that on the whole, it really is much more effective when it's a positive experience. It doesn't always mean everything is perfect and you're looking at the world through rosy glasses. But it does mean that if you're moving towards something that's desirable, it's much more effective because it's more sustainable than when you're running away from something, or trying to avoid or minimize something. Another feature we hope you've repeatedly discovered is the emotional contagion. That when you're doing these things people who are involved in them pick up on your energy. And even people that aren't involved in them will hear you that evening, the next day, or days later talking about the activity in a way that gets them excited. As a result of one of the assignments, we hope you have a further refined draft of your personal vision, something that can continue to inspire your path forward in your life. And help those that are close to you and your loved ones join along in that journey. We hope this has also helped you with a variety of techniques and experiences in building better relationships, and building the kind of resonant relationships we've talked about. The kind where people help and support each other, and challenge, and sometimes, excite each other in moving toward a shared vision. Through all of this, what should've come out, is you feeling more confident as a leader and more prepared to help other people become the leaders that they can be. This becomes revitalizing and re-energizing, even after long days, weeks, or months. So we hope you've enjoyed this series of five MOOCs. We hope you've gotten a good deal out of the specialization. And we hope that the people around you, in your families, your communities, and your organizations, can continue to enjoy the new benefits that you'll bring them. Thank you. [MUSIC]
