[MUSIC] Great, after explaining or trying to explain how your idea fits the market and trying to just explain in just one minute your idea. Remember, if you cannot explain your idea in just one minute, it's too much complex, probably. And after knowing who's going to pay your bills, who's going to be your customer. Now we're going to talk about some examples. At the end of the week, we are going to answer those questions directly from persons who have built up LegalZoom and Rocket Lawyer. But now we're going to talk about projects that probably you well know. For example, Google. Google, the first thing idea was not just build a big corporation. Not just have a big, big corporation. No, just solve one problem. Then we're investigating how to solve a little problem. But if we solve that little problem, the search on Internet, we solve a huge problem. They were not just trying to build up the big corporation that today is Google. They were just trying to solve a problem, one problem. Facebook. Facebook started as an amateur project, inside university. They don't worth going directly to meet-ups over and [INAUDIBLE]. They don't going to the business, they were building the product without knowing that they were building the product. They were doing what they love. Just tracking and trying to build up something that was interesting and the people use. And after that and they check that that solved what they solved. They said, wow, that's amazing, they moved directly to San Francisco. And is that all of the idea that you know? Airbnb, airbnb's amazing history. Airbnb, that now is one of the called unicorns. They start with two roommates in 2007. They were former schoolmates, Brian Chesky and Joe Gebbia, what's the problem that they solved? A big problem, they don't have money in their pockets. They rent an apartment but they run out of money, so okay, how we can pay our bills? They say okay, we have an apartment, there is a room, we could rent that room. And that was the first day of airbnb. Now you know airbnb, that it's amazing and if you want to understand better why airbnb is what today is, if you read the execution project, that is amazing. Another example is ZARA, founded by Amancio Ortega, in the 75, a long time ago. The just started a retail shop close to the industrial plains where he has his first industrial cloth producers. Yeah, imagine the most rich person in the world just opening one small shop. Remember, all the projects that we have mentioned started with a simple problem to solve. Then, it's very important to know that probably say, okay Marty, I don't know if I have a great idea. We have explained what is a copy paste business. One solution for your business, okay, time to check if your business, you idea that you want to implement your one market, is already done in another market. And if it's working, that could be a huge opportunity. The copy paste business is already a huge opportunity. A very good example that we need to know, is for example, the copy paste Zappos. Zappos is a company that sells shoes online. Zappos was vote my Amazon because they were amazing rate. The copy paste of Zappos in Europe is zalando. Zalando is a huge company that sells clothes all around Europe. And it's just a copy paste of the business of Zappos that was made by a German company. Then, if you want to check if your idea is good or not, just read a little bit about those great examples. They didn't start with a big ideas, sort of big corporation. They start to try to solve one problem in a very simple and easy way. Okay and now that you probably have in your mind your idea, you need to keep it secret or you need to share your idea. In the next video, I will explain what is the best answer. [MUSIC]
