[MUSIC] Having completed week one, we now move on to week two, where we'll be focusing on teams. Team building, team evolution and how teams can effectively contribute to organizational performance. As you began to do in week one, always think as you progress through your learning about how what you discover applies to you. So when you've been part of a team how well has that team worked? How well has that team evolved? How well has that team performed and added value? How well did that team interact with its internal and external stakeholders? And if you were doing it all again, based on perhaps what you learn this week, and think about what it is you could do differently next time. So our objectives for this week are, firstly, to explore how you can achieve optimum team delivery. So, in an organizational context, how a team can perform to optimum. Secondly, you'll be discovering and recognizing the key features of a team and the main roles that exist within a team. And then, you'll be reviewing a range of techniques to help to build an effective team. And then, you'll be comparing a range of approaches about how you can build effective team relationships, and remember, team relationships can be inter team and outside of that team. So, there's a number of different dynamics we need to be thinking about there. And finally, you'll be explaining how a team can achieve optimum stakeholder delivery. As with week one, you'll have regular opportunities to reinforce your learning. And this week, you'll have a scenario to read, reflect upon, and then answer a series of questions on. This will give you a real chance to think about what it is that you've learned so far, to check your understanding, and to just give you the chance to think, well actually, how well can I apply this learning in a real world context.
