Use scenarios to explain to the models if can like scenarios. and try to cover basic rules of BPMN 2.0

The content is detailed and easy to understand however the layout of the course can be structured better. There are also errors such as the incorrect video uploaded for the section - What is modelling?. It would also be nice if a template of the process specification document can be downloaded by learners.
